In September 2007 the Chavez bothers from Dallas, Texas launched 1492 Latin fusion restaurant, which serves up great Latin fusion cuisine. The
Chavez brothers believe passionately in using the best possible ingredients and the best international Latin chefs  in North  America.  

Our main goal at 1492 New World Latin Cuisine, is to offer an alternative to the average. '' We didn't' t want another average Latin restaurant venue.
We wanted to create a satisfying and fulfilling dining experience, giving excellent service, great management and happy motivated employees.
















Come and dine with us  and enjoy our great selection of seasonal cocktails (the Limelight and minty mojito, is everyone's current favorite),  a bottled
